”The opening track 'Comet tails' is brilliantly conceived, sitting somewhere between electro synth pop and psychedelic indie with an impossibly catchy vocal melody and a gloriously written bass line - it's probably the highlight of the EP. And I love final song 'When we stopped believing', a softer opening before the synths take over the track, but it's still carried along with another jaunty tune, and it's such a clever mix of sounds.
We said last year that we'd be really interested in hearing future releases, and Filthy Kitsch has delivered a fascinating fusion of psych pop and indie electronica, all with intimate and thoughtful lyrics.”
Nordic Music Review
“Comet Tails” is a fantastic track, a peppy psych-pop number with rock and electronic flourishes stylistically reminiscent of Blur. Comet Tails is a return for a singer/songwriter with ample talent that seems likely to soar.”
Obscure Sound
”Kraftwerk wrapped around the Beatles in a psychedlic confection that is equal parts humanoid and alien. My what an opening, a feast for the 80s senses with a real chorus and enough goings on to keep a kids party occupied for hours.”
Mp3hugger
“Trust in the power of music and do allow your mind to drift in to its own becalming stasis and all will be well.”
Emerging indie bands
“Comet Tails has a firm foot in the 1980s and the other dug into the fertile soil of indietronica. Oscillating between both of those influences seamlessly throughout the track, it presents the listener with a masterful pop track, rife with unique synth progression and of Montreal-esque psychedelic and dance-y progressions.”
The Burning Ear
“Comet Tails är singeln från musikprojektet Filthy Kitsch första EP och bjuder på psykedelisk pop som är sjukt svängig och helt klart värd att kolla in.”

“A track that fuses the grandeur of Muse with indie and futurepop nuances on a track that is both intimate and expansive. You’ll enjoy this one.”
Electronic North
”Comet Tails markiert sein furioses Debüt. Wir wünschen viel Erfolg!”
We Love That Sound
“Comet Tails is a stompingly triumphant song made up of driving guitars, bright synths and cheery ooh-la-las. It’s an excitingly fresh indietronica Sound”.
Music Related Junk
”Melding retro-modern indietronica with memorable melodies and deeply personal lyrics, the debut EP One is both intimate and expansive.”
